4.0 Home-Based Business & Address Privacy
Digital Warriors operates as a home-based digital business.
Privacy Safeguards: To ensure personal safety and privacy, we do not publish our physical operating address on public websites, social media channels, or public directory profiles.
Legally Required Disclosures: Where a physical address is strictly required by law (e.g., formal contractual invoices, statutory written notices, or verified regulatory requests), details will be provided privately through official secure channels to verified parties.
5.0 Core Integrity & Fair Trading Standards
5.1 Upfront Pricing & Anti-Drip Pricing Rules
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand Fair Trading Act (FTA) regulations on transactional transparency, we provide clear, upfront pricing:
We strictly prohibit "drip pricing" or hidden transaction fees. Any mandatory costs are displayed as a single figure from the start.
If an exact transaction-based fee or out-of-scope requirement cannot be calculated upfront, the precise calculation method will be clearly disclosed to the client before any financial commitment is made.
5.2 Fair Subscriptions & Anti-Trap Practices
For any recurring memberships, programs, or subscription services:
We give clear upfront disclosures of terms, renewal dates, and billing periods.
We provide simple, easily accessible cancellation mechanisms. Members can cancel a recurring service using the same method and with the same digital ease as signing up.
We strictly reject manipulative urgency, artificial scarcity tactics, or deceptive digital interface designs intended to distort a consumer's purchasing decision.
5.3 Truth in Marketing & Testimonials
We do not make false, misleading, or deceptive claims regarding results, timelines, or capabilities.
All case studies, client testimonials, and examples must be 100% genuine, unaltered, and verified.
All digital design previews, concepts, or system workflows are explicitly labeled as "Draft Previews" until formally approved and activated by the client.
5.4 Professional Boundaries & Mutual Respect
We treat our community, clients, and the public with absolute respect and expect the same in return.
Digital Warriors maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or terminate service where customer conduct creates safety, legal, or operational risks.
5.5 Asset Protection & Confidentiality
Internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specialized AI prompts, custom workflows, proprietary templates, and training systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Warriors.
Unauthorized distribution or sharing of these internal assets constitutes a major breach of professional integrity and will result in immediate termination of system access and potential legal escalation.
6.0 Deliverables, Products & Merchandise
6.1 Digital Deliverables Integrity
We deliver services (websites, systems automation, creative production) exactly as described at the point of sale or contract.
Digital Warriors maintains a complete digital ledger of project approvals, asset submissions, and formal handovers to minimize disputes and protect both parties.
6.2 Merchandise & Physical Goods Quality
All physical products, apparel, and printed accessories must be fit-for-purpose, safely manufactured, and accurately described.
We strictly monitor our print and fulfillment partners to meet rigid quality control, safe labeling, and product compliance standards appropriate to our shipping destinations.
6.3 Fulfillment Transparency
We provide accurate, real-time shipping timelines and fulfillment capabilities. If supply chain disruptions or unexpected production delays occur, we proactively communicate updates through official channels.
7.0 Privacy, Consent & Data Governance
Digital Warriors respects consumer data privacy rights under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the New Zealand Privacy Act. We commit to:
Collecting, utilizing, and storing personal data solely for legitimate, clearly stated business purposes.
Restricting internal backend access to client data to strictly authorized personnel.
Fully respecting digital marketing opt-out/unsubscribe requests immediately.
Maintaining appropriate cyber-hygiene and data-security measures to safeguard community data. (Note: Comprehensive details are maintained in our separate, standalone Privacy Policy).
8.0 Cross-Border Compliance Framework

Where regulations differ across state lines, territories, or countries, Digital Warriors implements the following operational rule: We apply the strictest legal standard across our entire digital infrastructure to ensure universal compliance.
9.0 Conflicts of Interest & Ethical Influence
We completely avoid commercial conflicts of interest that could compromise client or community outcomes.
We do not offer, solicit, or accept corporate gifts, kickbacks, or secondary benefits designed to improperly influence business decisions. Any potential conflict must be immediately disclosed to the Document Owner.
