1.0 MISSION & PURPOSE
Digital Warriors is committed to radical honesty, professional excellence, and ethical service delivery. This policy outlines our standards for communication, privacy, and business conduct to ensure the "Digital Warrior" brand remains a trusted authority in the creative entrepreneur space.
2.0 OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
To maintain a clear paper trail and ensure no client request is missed, all enquiries must be directed to our official support channel:
Enquiry Rule: Digital Warriors staff and representatives are not authorized to conduct official business via personal SMS, social media DMs, or unofficial email accounts.
Response Guarantee: Only enquiries sent to the official support address are subject to our 3-5 business day service level agreement (SLA).
3.0 HOME-BASED BUSINESS & PRIVACY DISCLOSURE
Digital Warriors is a Home-Based Business.
Address Privacy: We do not publish our physical operating address to the general public or via social media/web advertising to protect the privacy and safety of our team and household.
Legally Required Data: In instances where a physical address is legally required for contracts, official invoicing, or regulatory compliance, details will be provided privately and directly to the verified party.
4.0 STANDARDS OF INTEGRITY
4.1 Transparency: We provide clear, upfront pricing (USD) and defined service inclusions. We do not engage in "hidden fee" practices.
4.2 Professional Boundaries: As a VIP service provider, we maintain professional boundaries. High-human-connection does not excuse unprofessional or abusive behavior from any party.
4.3 Asset Protection: Our internal SOPs, prompts, and "Digital Warrior" workflows are proprietary trade secrets. Sharing these outside the organization is a breach of integrity.
4.4 Truth in Marketing: We only display real work and real results. Our "previews" are clearly marked as drafts until activated by a client.
5.0 COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
Any breach of this policy or concerns regarding ethical conduct should be reported immediately to the Authorizer via the official support email.
